Verizon Ellipsis® 10 - Add a Virtual Private Network
Here's how to add a virtual private network (VPN) to your Ellipsis 10 to encrypt your internet traffic and protect your online identity via a secure remote server.
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate:
- If presented with a lock screen notification, tapOK.Refer to Set Up Screen Lock for assistance.
- Tap thePlus icon

- From the Name field, enter the appropriate name.If needed, contact the VPN admin for assistance with server info and credentials.
- From the IPsec connection type field, tap theDropdown menuthen select the appropriate VPN type:
- Enter the appropriate info into the applicable fields then tapSAVE.If applicable, tapShow advanced optionsto configure the following options, which may vary depending on the selected VPN type:
- DNS search domains
- DNS servers
- Forwarding routes
