Verizon Ellipsis® 10 - Manage Corporate Email Settings

Here's how to update the work email settings for your Ellipsis 10.

  • For all advanced-level configuration and troubleshooting, contact your Exchange / IT admin for assistance.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon Apps icon
    Settings
    Accounts
  2. Tap
    Exchange
    .
  3. Tap
    Account settings
    .
  4. Tap the appropriate email address.
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the following:
    • Account name
    • Data usage settings
    • Notification settings
    • Server settings (password, domain, etc.)
    • Signature settings
    • Sync frequency settings
