My Verizon app - Manage Privacy Settings
Here's how to manage Verizon Custom Experience via the My Verizon app.
- Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
- Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).
- Open theMy Verizon appthen tap theAccount tab.If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or face ID.If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your account.
- Navigate:.
- TapSelectbelow the mobile number you want to update.
- Tap the applicable switch(es) to enable or disable any of the following:
- Customer Proprietary Network Info
- Business and Marketing Insights
- Custom Experience
- Custom Experience Plus
- If prompted, review the Terms and Conditions then tapAccept.
- To reset your Custom Experience data, tapCustom Experience Settingsthen review the info then tapReset.
- If desired, tapIdentity Verification Settings, tap the switch to enable or disable then tapDone.
