My Verizon app - Manage Privacy Settings

Here's how to manage Verizon Custom Experience via the My Verizon app.
  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).
  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    then tap the
    Account tab
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or face ID.
    If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your account.
  2. Navigate:
    Profile & settings
    Privacy preferences
    .
  3. Tap
    Select
    below the mobile number you want to update.
  4. Tap the applicable switch(es) to enable or disable any of the following:
    • Customer Proprietary Network Info
    • Business and Marketing Insights
    • Custom Experience
    • Custom Experience Plus
  5. If prompted, review the Terms and Conditions then tap
    Accept
    .
  6. To reset your Custom Experience data, tap
    Custom Experience Settings
    then review the info then tap
    Reset
    .
  7. If desired, tap
    Identity Verification Settings
    , tap the switch to enable or disable then tap
    Done
    .
