When customers call your business phone number, the Hunt Group feature rings a designated group of users following one of four distinct ring sequences, reducing the chance for missed calls.

Steps

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage Account
     from the top navigation bar.
  3. From the Product Portals section, click
    One Talk
    .
  4. Click
    Manage features
    .
  5. From the Manage Features screen, click
    Hunt Group
    .
  6. From the Manage Hunt groups page, click
    Purchase Hunt Group
    .
  7. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transaction.
