My Verizon App - Manage Plan

Here's how to change your plan via the My Verizon app.
Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    My Verizon App icon from an Account Owners or Account Manager phone.
    If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, plans can also be managed anytime via the My Verizon website..
  2. Tap the
    Account tab
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
  3. Tap
    Plans
    then select the line to change.
  4. From the Change your plan section, tap
    Get started
    .
  5. Select the desired plan.
  6. From the Choose your perks section, select the appropriate perks or tap
    Continue without perks
    .
  7. Tap
    Select effective date
    , select an option then tap
    Next

    Options may vary by plan chosen.
    • Today
    • This bill
    • Next bill
  8. Review plan change details then tap
    Confirm
    .
  9. Tap
    Confirm
    .
    Changes take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
