My Verizon App - Manage Plan
Here's how to change your plan via the My Verizon app.
Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
- If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, plans can also be managed anytime via the My Verizon website..
- Tap theAccount tab.If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
- TapPlansthen select the line to change.
- From the Change your plan section, tapGet started.
- Select the desired plan.
- From the Choose your perks section, select the appropriate perks or tapContinue without perks.
- TapSelect effective date, select an option then tapNext:Options may vary by plan chosen.
- Today
- This bill
- Next bill
- Review plan change details then tapConfirm.
- TapConfirm.Changes take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
