Moto Z Play Droid Edition - Perform a Gmail™ Sync

Adjust Gmail™ sync settings on your Moto Z Play Droid Edition to stay on top of your email in real time. If preferred, you can also manually update your inbox, calendar, contacts, etc.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Users & accounts
    Google
    .
  3. If presented, tap the applicable email address from the Accounts section.
  4. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  5. Tap the applicable data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Gmail, etc.) to turn on or off.
  6. To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       3-dot Menu icon.
    2. Tap
      Sync now
