Manage Call Settings

Managing your call settings within the One Talk mobile app allows you to customize your experience by adjusting personal preferences, such as selecting a distinct ringtone to easily identify incoming business calls.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open the
    One Talk app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Android
      : Navigate:
      3-line Menu
      Settings
      Calling
      .
    • Apple / iOS
      : Navigate:
      3-line Menu
      Settings
      Sounds
      .
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to configure the applicable settings (e.g., Incoming Calls, Missed Calls, etc.).
    Dialpad tone settings aren't available for iOS devices.
