Kyocera DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield - Turn Voice & Video On / Off - HD Voice

Here's how to turn HD voice and video calling for your DuraForce PRO on or off.
If you turn off HD Voice, you won't be able to make or receive calls on the Verizon cellular network.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate:

    Settings Settings icon
    Advanced Calling
    .
  3. Tap
    Advanced Calling
    .
  4. Tap the
    Advanced Calling switch
     (upper-right) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
  5. When turned on, tap one of the following:
    • HD Voice and Video calling
    • HD Voice
