Adjust Gmail™ sync settings on your DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield to stay on top of your email in real time. If preferred, you can also manually update your inbox, calendar, contacts, etc.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts
    Google
    .
  3. Tap the account name (email address).
  4. Tap the applicable data sync options (e.g., Contacts, Gmail, etc.) to turn on or off.
  5. To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the 
      Menu icon
       3-dot Menu Icon.
    2. Tap
      Sync now
