LG K20™ V - Turn Voice & Video On / Off - HD Voice

Here's how to turn HD voice and video calling from your LG K20 V on / off.
If you turn off HD Voice (Advanced Calling), you won't be able to make or receive calls on the Verizon cellular network.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Advanced calling
    .
  3. Tap
    Advanced Calling
     to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
  4. Tap
    HD Voice and Video calling
    .
  5. If presented with a confirmation screen, tap
    OK
    .
    Review the disclaimer regarding billing and data usage.
    When video calling is turned on, others can see the phone has video calling.
