Sonim XP5 - Auto Receive Messages

Here's how to check why you're not receiving your picture or video messages on your Sonim XP5.
If you're not receiving picture / video messages, follow the steps below to ensure 'Auto-retrieve' is turned on.
  1. From the main screen, press the
    Apps button
     Apps button.
  2. Select
    Messaging
     Messaging icon.
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  3. Press the
    Menu button
     Menu icon.
  4. Select
    Settings
    .
  5. Select
    Auto-retrieve
    .
  6. Press the
    center button
     on the 5-way navigation pad to enable or disable.
    Enabled when a checkmark Check mark is present.
