Sonim XP5 - Record and Send Video via Messaging

Here's how to record and send a video from your Sonim XP5.

You may experience issues in sending a video message due to size limitations. Refer to Camera Settings to adjust video quality.

To send a video that you've already recorded, refer to Send an Existing Video via Messaging.

From the main screen, press the

Apps button

Select

Camera

Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

Select

Video Camera

Press the

Center button

on the 5-way navigation pad to start recording.

When finished, press the

Center button

on the 5-way navigation pad to stop recording.

Select

Gallery

Select the appropriate album.

Select the appropriate video.

Press the

Menu button

Select

Messaging

Enter a 10-digit mobile number(s).

Enter the message.

Press the

Menu button

Select

Send
