Control your line by adding or removing service blocks for unwanted messages, purchases or other features via the My Verizon app.

Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Mobile tab
    .
  3. From the Mobile links section tap
    Manage devices
    .
  4. If necessary, select the applicable mobile number from the dropdown in the upper-right.
  5. Tap
    Settings & preferences
     then tap
    Block specific services
    .
  6. Tap any of the switches to turn blocks on or off.
