Use the My Verizon app to change your prepaid service plan.

Before you begin

Changes to these items may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.

Open the

My Verizon app

Tap the

Menu icon

then tap

Account

Tap

My Plan

From the Current Plan tab, view the current plan.

Tap

Explore plans

Scroll to review available plans then tap

Select

to add the desired plan.

From the Auto Pay screen, select an option:

Not Now

Set up Auto Pay

To continue, tap

I agree to the Terms and Conditions

Review your new plan details then tap

Purchase

Tap

Confirm
