My Verizon app (Prepaid) - Manage Plan
Here's how to change your plan via the My Verizon app (prepaid).
- App is available to registered and new users on the new and grandfathered smartphone plans.
- Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your account.
- Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Member).
- Open theMy Verizon app.If needed, Download & Install the My Verizon App.
- Tap theMenu icon
then tap
Account. - If prompted, enter your My Verizon password then tapSign in.If you forgot the account password tapForgot.
- TapMy Plan.
- From the 'Current Plan' tab, view the current plan.
- TapExplore plans.
- Scroll to review available plans then tapSelectto add the desired plan.
- From the 'Auto Pay' screen, select an option:
- Not Now
- Set up Auto PayTo continue, tapI agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Review your new plan details then tapPurchase.
- TapConfirm.Changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
