Add a Contact via Basic Visual Voicemail

Keep your contacts organized by adding new ones directly through the Basic Visual Voicemail app on your Alcatel or TCL smartphone. It's a quick way to save numbers from your messages.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Voicemail app
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message then tap
    Add to Contact
    .
  3. If applicable, select which account to synchronize your new contact with (e.g., Google, Phone, etc.).
  4. Enter or edit any of info (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.) then tap
    Checkmark icon
     to save.
