My Verizon app for Prepaid
Send Funds

If another line on your prepaid account needs a balance boost, securely add funds using the My Verizon app.

Before you begin

Sending funds is only available to customers on a Verizon Prepaid Family Account.

Account Owners can send funds to any line on their account.

Account Members can only send funds from their available balance to the Account Owner.

Open the

My Verizon app

Tap the

Menu icon

then tap

Payment

From the Payment Methods tab, tap

Send funds

Select the line you want to send funds to then tap

Select one of the following payment methods then tap

Use current card

Use a new credit or debit card

Use a refill card

Up to 4 refill cards can be saved.

Use your balance

Available balance is displayed, this option deducts funds from your line.

Enter the amount of money you want to send then tap

Review the funds transfer info then tap
