Here's how to erase all data on the SD / memory card in your LG V30.
This procedure erases all data on the SD / memory card. It's recommended to back up your data before formatting.
To perform the steps below, ensure the SD / memory card is inserted.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:

    Storage Storage icon

    SD / Memory Card
    .
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  4. Tap
    Storage settings
     .
  5. Tap
    Format
    .
  6. Tap
    FORMAT
    .
  7. Tap
    Done
