View essential documents like receipts and agreements for past Mobile and 5G Home purchases and services directly through the My Verizon app at your convenience.

Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. From the Me tab, tap
    Bill overview
    .
  3. Scroll to the bottom then tap
    Documents & receipts
    .
  4. If necessary, tap
    Select a six month date range
     then select a range.
  5. Tap the applicable receipt or agreement then tap
    View PDF
     for more info.
