One Talk Portal
Add / Edit Email Address

Use the One Talk admin portal to enter or update an individual user's email address to ensure your account has the correct details.

Steps

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage Account
     from the top navigation bar.
  3. From the Product Portals section, click
    One Talk
    .
  4. From the 'I want to' section, click
    Manage lines and devices
    .
  5. If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
    Devices tab
    .
  6. Click the applicable phone number in the left column.
  7. From the 'Line information' tab, click
    Edit
    .
  8. Enter the applicable email address into the Email field then click
    Submit
    .
