View Wi-Fi Signal Strength via My Verizon app

Use the My Verizon app to measure Wi-Fi signal quality for devices connected to your 5G Home internet.

Before you begin

5G Home Internet service is currently offered in specific areas. Check if Verizon Home Internet is available near you.

Open the

My Verizon app

Tap the

Home tab

at the bottom.

If necessary, tap the

5G Home tab

at the top of the screen.

From the Home device section, select the desired device.

Tap

Connected Devices

Tap

Test signal strength

From Test Results, review the signal strength of your connected devices then tap

Done
