Enable / Disable a Connected Device via My Verizon app

The My Verizon app helps you manage access to your 5G Home network by blocking or allowing specific devices, giving you direct control over who can connect to your router.

Before you begin

5G Home Internet service is currently offered in specific areas. Check if Verizon Home Internet is available near you.

Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Home tab
    .
  3. If necessary, tap
    5G Home tab
     at the top of the screen.
  4. From the Home device section, tap the device you want to manage.
  5. Tap
    Devices
    .
  6. From the 'X smart device(s) is currently connected' section, select the applicable device.
  7. Tap the
    Internet access switch
     to turn access on or off for the selected device.
