Turn Do Not Disturb (DND) Setting On / Off

The Do Not Disturb (DND) feature in your One Talk mobile app or Enhanced Dialer allows you to silence incoming calls when you don't want to be interrupted. Turn DND off to receive calls again.

Before you begin

Do Not Disturb only affects inbound calls; it doesn't stop notifications for voicemail or messaging.
For the Enhanced Dialer, Do Not Disturb settings are controlled using the native device setting. Steps may vary slightly depending on device model and operating system version.

Mobile App

  1. Open the
    One Talk app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    3-line Menu
    Settings
    Call Settings
    .
  3. Tap the
    Do Not Disturb switch
     to turn on or off.

Enhanced Dialer

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Sounds and vibration
    .
  3. Tap the
    Do not disturb switch
     to turn on or off.
