View Router Details via My Verizon Website

Use the My Verizon website to access router details such as IMEI, model and IP Address for assistance in setting up or troubleshooting your 5G Home Internet service.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as the Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the My Verizon Home screen, select the
    5G Home tab
    .
  3. From the Home devices section, select the appropriate device.
  4. Select
    Manage device
    .
  5. Select
    Wi-Fi networks
    .
  6. Select the device then view the router info (e.g., IMEI, Model & Type, IP Address, etc.).
