LG G8 ThinQ - Manage TTY Settings

Here's how to change the TTY settings on your G8 ThinQ.
When TTY (teletypewriter) settings are enabled on your LG G8 ThinQ™ , you can use your phone with a TTY device if you're deaf or hard of hearing.
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone app icon (lower-left).
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap
    Call settings
     .
  4. Tap
    Additional settings
     .
  5. Tap
    TTY mode
     .
  6. Select the preferred TTY mode:
    • TTY Off
       : Disables all TTY settings
    • TTY Full
       : Enables all TTY settings
    • TTY HCO
       : Enables HCO (Hearing Carry Over)
    • TTY VCO
       : Enables VCO (Voice Carry Over)
