Sonim XP5s® - Stop Running Apps

Here's how to stop running apps if they freeze / hang or cause your Sonim XP5s to crash, reset or run slowly.
  1. From a Home screen, press the
    Apps tray button
     Apps tray button.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Apps & notifications
     App & notficiations setting icon >
    Apps info
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible, press the
    Menu icon
     Menu button >
    Show system
    .
  4. Select
    FORCE STOP
    .
  5. Review the notification then select
    OK
     to confirm.
