Forward a Visual Voicemail Message - Sonim

Here's how to forward a Visual Voicemail message from your Sonim smartphone via Gmail or text message.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

  1. From a Home screen tap the
    Phone icon
    Phone icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from a Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. From the options, tap the
    Voicemail icon
     Voicemail icon (lower-right).
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the appropriate message.
  4. Tap
    Send to...
     Send icon.
    Only one message can be forwarded at a time.
  5. From the Send to prompt, tap Gmail.
    The message is forwarded as an .amr file.
  6. From the To field, enter the recipient's email address.
    As the recipient's email address is entered, a list of matching contacts may appear and can be selected at any time.
  7. From the Subject field, enter a subject.
  8. From the 'Compose email' field, enter a message.
  9. Tap
    Send
     Send icon (upper-right).

    Voicemail icon
     Voicemail icon (lower-right).
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the appropriate message.
  4. Tap
    Send to...
     Send icon.

  5. From the Send to prompt, tap Message+.
    The message is forwarded as an .amr file.
  6. From the 'Select conversation' screen, tap the
    New message icon
     New Message icon.
    If preferred, you can select an existing conversation.
  7. From the 'To' field, enter the 10-digit mobile number.
    As the number is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be selected at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  8. If desired, enter a message in the body.
  9. Tap the
    Send icon
     Send icon (lower-right).
