Alcatel GO FLIP™ V - Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off

When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your GO FLIP V.
  1. To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure your Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.
  2. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

    Settings
    .
  4. Select
    Call settings
    .
  5. Select
    Wi-Fi Calling
    .
  6. Select
    Wi-Fi Calling
    again.
  7. Highlight 'On' or 'Off' then press
    OK
    to select:
    If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, select
    CONTINUE
    , enter a valid E911 address then select
    SAVE
    .
  • To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, ensure Wi-Fi calling is turned on, select
    When Roaming
    , select 'Prefer Other Cellular Networks' or 'Prefer Wi-Fi' then restart the device.
