Nokia 3 V - Power Up in Safe Mode

Safe mode is a diagnostic state on your Nokia 3 V that only runs system apps so you can isolate if a third-party app is causing freezing or slowness.
  1. With the device powered off, press and hold the
    Power button
     (right edge) until the Android™ logo appears then release.
    An alternate method is available if the device can be powered on and is responsive.
  2. Approximately 2-3 seconds after the android logo appears on-screen, press and hold the
    Volume down button
    .
    If pressed too soon, device won't boot into safe mode.
  3. Continue to hold the
    Volume down button
     until 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock or Home screen then release.
    This may take up to 45 seconds.
  4. With Safe Mode enabled, test device and app functionality.
