Connected Car Wi-Fi (Volkswagen) - View Connected Devices

Here's how to view the devices connected to your Volkswagen in-vehicle Wi-Fi service.
  • Up to 4 devices can be connected to your Wi-Fi hotspot at the same time.
  • When 4 devices are actively connected, additional users attempting to connect may experience the following:
    • The device continually displays the enter password prompt.
    • The device displays an 'Incorrect Password' message despite entering it correctly.
    • The car's Wi-Fi network doesn't appear in the available networks list.
    • The device displays no message at all and never connects.
  1. Open the myVW app.
    Ensure your vehicle is connected to a Wi-Fi capable device (e.g., phone, tablet, PC).
  2. Tap the
    Account icon
     Account icon (bottom-right).
  3. Tap
    Vehicle Management
    .
  4. Tap the desired vehicle.
  5. Tap
    Paired Devices
    .
  6. View the list of paired devices.
