Manage Disney+ Subscription

The My Verizon website provides an easy method to manage ad preferences for your Disney+ subscription or to cancel it entirely.

Before you begin

The steps below only apply to the non-bundled Disney+ subscription. To make changes to your bundle's subscription tier, refer to the Changing your Disney+ plan help page for more info. To remove the Disney bundle, refer to My Verizon Website - Remove Disney bundle.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, navigate:
    Account
    My products & plan perks
    Disney+
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To change subscription:
      1. Select
        Change Subscription
        .
      2. Select the preferred plan then select
        Continue
        .
        • Disney+ Basic (With Ads)
        • Disney+ Premium (No Ads)
      3. Review and accept the Disney+ Terms and Conditions then select
        Confirm
        .
    • To cancel subscription:
      1. Select
        Unsubscribe
         below the appropriate number.
      2. Review the message then select
        Confirm
        .
