moto g stylus - Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off

When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your moto g stylus.
  1. To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.
  2. Open the
    Phone app
     Phone icon.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu.
  4. Navigate:
    Settings
    Calls
    Wi-Fi Calling
    .
  5. Tap the
    Wi-Fi Calling switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    If turning off, tap
    Turn off Wi-Fi Calling
     when prompted.
    If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, tap
    Continue
    , enter a valid E911 address then tap
    Save
    .
  • To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, ensure Wi-Fi calling is turned on, tap
    When roaming
    , select 'Prefer Wi-Fi' or 'Prefer other cellular networks' then restart the device.
