LG K51 - Adjust Brightness / Display Settings

Here's how to adjust screen brightness and other display settings (e.g., Screen timeout, Font, etc.) for your LG K51.

Open the

Settings app

Tap

Display

Do any of the following:

Adjust Brightness Settings

To adjust automatically, tap the

Auto switch

to turn on or off.

To adjust manually, ensure the Auto switch is off then slide the

Brightness bar

to adjust the brightness level.

Adjust Display / Font Settings

Tap

Font

From the Size section, slide the bar left or right to adjust font size.

Tap the

Bold text switch

to turn on or off.

Select a font type (e.g., LG Smart, Friend, etc.).

Tap the

Back icon

to return to the previous screen.

Tap

Display size

then slide the

Size bar

to increase or decrease the size of items on the Home screen.

Tap the

Back icon

to return to the previous screen.

To control what happens when the phone is docked or charging:

Tap

Screen saver

Select an option (e.g., Clock, Photos).

Tap

Automatically start

then select an option (e.g., When docked, When charging, When docked or charging).
