Samsung Galaxy A11 - Add / Remove Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up and manage fingerprint recognition to unlock your Galaxy A11.
For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture-free.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Biometrics and security
    Fingerprints
    .
  3. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  4. Perform any of the following:
    • First Time Setup
      1. Follow the on-screen tutorial to scan your fingerprint. Repeat as necessary until the process is complete.
      2. Tap
        Done
         (lower-right).
      3. Tap the
        Fingerprint unlock switch
         to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    • Add More Fingerprints
      1. Tap
        Add Fingerprint
        .
        Up to 3 fingerprints can be registered on the device.
      2. Follow the on-screen tutorial to scan your fingerprint.
      3. When finished, tap 'Done' if finished or 'Add' to continue adding fingerprints.
    • Remove Fingerprint(s)
      1. Select the fingerprint to remove.
      2. Tap
        Remove
        (upper-right).
      3. To confirm, review the disclaimer then tap
        Remove
