Here's how to manage volume controls if your Galaxy A11 doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Sounds and vibration
    Volume
    .
  3. Adjust any of the following:
    Drag the
    slider
     left or right to adjust the level. If unavailable, ensure Do not disturb is turned off.
    • Ringtone
    • Media
    • Notifications
      If unavailable, ensure that the ringtone setting is on.
    • System
      If unavailable, ensure that the ringtone setting is on.
