Manage Video Streaming Quality

Control your mobile device's video streaming quality through the My Verizon website to optimize your data consumption and balance viewing experience with data efficiency.

Before you begin

This option is only available on select smartphone or tablet connected device data plans.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the Account overview page, navigate:
    Account
    My Plan
    Plan overview
    .
  3. From the Included with your plan section, select the
    Video streaming quality switch
     to turn on or off.
