One Talk - Enable / Disable Admin PIN Delivery - My Business
Here's how to turn One Talk Admin PIN delivery on or off via the My Business portal.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
- Sign in to My Business.
- From the dropdown menu next to the name (upper-right corner), clickProfile Administration.
- ClickEditat the right side of an Administrator line.
- Confirm or edit user details then clickContinue.
- Check / uncheckReceive OneTalk Mobile app PIN delivery notificationsthen clickContinue.PIN delivery is on when a checkmark is present.
- Select the appropriate One Talk group assignments then clickContinue.
- Select the appropriate billing structure then clickSave.
