One Talk - Enable / Disable Admin PIN Delivery - My Business

Here's how to turn One Talk Admin PIN delivery on or off via the My Business portal.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. From the dropdown menu next to the name (upper-right corner), click
    Profile Administration
    .
  3. Click
    Edit
    at the right side of an Administrator line.

  4. Confirm or edit user details then click
    Continue
    .
  5. Check / uncheck
    Receive OneTalk Mobile app PIN delivery notifications
    then click
    Continue
    .
    PIN delivery is on when a checkmark is present.

  6. Select the appropriate One Talk group assignments then click
    Continue
    .
  7. Select the appropriate billing structure then click
    Save
    .
