Here's how to delete a personal / corporate email account from your Galaxy A12.

From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.

Navigate:

Settings

Accounts and backup

Manage Accounts

Select the appropriate email address.

Multiple accounts may appear.

Tap

Remove account

To confirm, review the notification then tap

Remove account
