Here's how to delete a personal / corporate email account from your moto g play (2021).

Removing then re-adding your email account(s) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.

Navigate:

Settings

Accounts

Tap the desired email account.

Multiple accounts may appear.

Tap

Remove account

Tap

Remove account

to confirm.
