Stay informed about your child's digital habits. Easily monitor their app and website usage by viewing screen time details in the Verizon Family app.

Before you begin

Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the Guardian device.
Ensure the latest version of the Verizon Family Companion app (8.20 or later) is installed on the child's device.
Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.

Steps

  2. Tap the
    Family Profiles tab

  3. Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
  4. From the Web & app activity section, tap
    Details
    .
  5. From the Usage details section, tap any of the categories to view specific apps or websites visited and tap on them to view more detailed usage information.
    If prompted, on the top of your child's profile that their device isn't paired, tap

     to enable on the child's device.
