Use the desktop app to browse your entire library of photos, videos, and documents using the Verizon Cloud desktop app on your Mac® or Windows® computer.

Steps

  1. Open the Verizon Cloud desktop app using one of the following methods:
    • Select the
      Cloud icon
       in the system tray (lower-right, Windows) or menu bar (upper-right, Mac).
    • Search for
      Verizon Cloud
       in your apps list.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To view files synchronized across other devices on your Cloud account, select the
      3-dot Menu
       in the toolbar then select
      Open in Finder
       (Mac) or
      Open in File Explorer
       (Windows).
    • To view all of the files in your Cloud library, select the
      Home icon
       in the toolbar.
      Alternatively, select
      Home
       in the left navigation menu.
      To view files in the backup folder on your computer, which automatically upload to your Cloud account, refer to Manage Backup Folders for Windows or Mac.
