Set Up a Visual Voicemail Greeting - TCL

Here's how to set up a Basic Visual Voicemail greeting on your TCL smartphone.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voice Mail icon
     Voicemail icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display, then tap
    Voice mail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap
    Settings
     then tap
    Set Standard greetings
    .
  4. Select a Voicemail greeting option then tap
    OK
    :
    • Greeting with Telephone Number
    • Greeting with name
      1. Tap
        Record
         to record your name then tap the
        Stop
        .
      2. Tap
        Done
        .
    • Custom greeting
      1. Tap the
        Record
         to record a custom greeting then tap the
        Stop
        .
      2. Tap
        Done
        .
