Reply to a Visual Voicemail Message - TCL

Here's how to reply to a Visual Voicemail message on your TCL smartphone.
  • Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voice mail
     Visual Voicemail app.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display, then tap
    Voice mail

  2. From the Visual voicemail inbox, select a message.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  4. Tap
    Reply
     then tap
    SMS/MMS
    .
  5. From the message field, enter a message if preferred.
  6. Tap
    Send icon
     Send icon.

  2. From the Visual voicemail inbox, select a message
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).

    Reply
     then tap
    Email
    .
  5. If prompted, select an email type to use.
  6. From the 'To' field, enter the email address.
    As the email address is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be selected at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  7. From the 'message' field, enter a message.
  8. Tap
    Send
     (upper-right).
