Remove eSIM ProfileIf you previously activated an embedded SIM (eSIM) on your Orbic® smartphone, follow these instructions to remove an unneeded profile or delete one to make room for a new eSIM.
Before you begin
Removing a cellular plan doesn't cancel your service. To cancel your service, contact your carrier.
In order to see the eSIM options, the Orbic device must be running the current software version.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate: .
- Tap the eSIM you want to remove.
- TapErase SIM.
- Review the info then tapEraseto confirm.If the eSIM profile is removed from the device, you'll need to contact Verizon to have a new eSIM profile reserved.
