Turn off Wi-Fi broadcast for your Verizon Home Internet via the Verizon Home app if you want to disconnect all devices.This can be useful for troubleshooting or enhancing security. Turn it on again when devices are allowed to connect.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Home app
    .
  2. From the Connections section, tap
    Network
    .
  3. Tap the
    Primary tab
     (scroll down if needed).
  4. Tap the
    Network switch
     to turn on or off.
  5. To confirm, tap
    Turn off Wi-Fi
