When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your TCL K33 5G.

Before you begin

To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Settings
    Calling accounts
    .
  4. From the Settings section, tap the applicable SIM account (e.g., Verizon 1, Verizon 2, etc.).
  5. Tap the
    Wi-Fi Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
    If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, enter a valid E911 address then tap
    Save
    .
