Activate / Set Up Device

Activate your MiFi® PRO M4 to get started. This ensures you can make calls, send messages and connect to the internet.

Before you begin

Insert the battery and make sure it's fully charged.

Press and hold the

Power button

for 3 seconds then release.

Activation is performed automatically once Welcome appears on the display and may take several minutes to complete.

From the Select Language screen, choose an option:

English

Spanish

Establish a Wi-Fi network connection between the Hotspot and a device.

The Wi-Fi name and password is obtained via the external LED on the device.

Select the applicable operating system for assistance (Macintosh® OS X or Windows®).

Open a web browser.
