Verizon Cloud - Uninstall Windows Desktop App

Removing the Verizon Cloud desktop app from your Windows® computer may be necessary if you're troubleshooting app issues or no longer need it.

If signed in to the Verizon Cloud desktop app:

Select the

Cloud icon

in the taskbar.

Select the

Menu icon

then select

Quit

to close the app.

From the Windows desktop, uninstall the Cloud app.

If necessary, refer to Uninstall Apps for Windows 10 or Windows 11.

If any errors occur during the uninstall process, you may need to start Windows in Safe Mode.

After the app has been uninstalled, restart your computer.
