Verizon Cloud - Uninstall Mac Desktop App

Removing the Verizon Cloud desktop app from your Mac computer may be necessary if you're troubleshooting app issues or no longer need it.
  1. While signed into the Verizon Cloud desktop app, select the
    Cloud icon
     Cloud icon in the menu bar.
  2. From the toolbar, select the
    Menu icon
     menu icon then navigate:
    Settings
    About Cloud
    .
  3. Select
    Uninstall Verizon Cloud
    .
    Your user admin password must be entered to complete this step.
  4. If necessary, refer to Verizon Cloud - Mac Desktop App - Download and Install for assistance with reinstalling the app.
