Stay informed about your child's digital habits. Easily view your child's call, text, web, and app activity using the Verizon Family app.

Before you begin

Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the Guardian device.
Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
Ensure your child's device has enabled all permissions and is sharing online activity with Verizon Family.

Steps

  2. Tap the
    Family Profiles tab
    .
  3. Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
  4. Do any of the following:
    • Web & app activity
      From the 'Web & app activity' card, tap
      Details
      .
    • Calls & text
      Select any of the following tabs to view the activity info:
      • Texts
      • Calls
      If applicable, swipe left or right to view activity for other dates.
