Add or Remove a Contact to / from the WatchlistNeed to track specific contacts on your child's phone? Check out these quick steps to update your Verizon Family watchlist anytime.
Before you begin
Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the Guardian's device.
Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
A notification is received each time your child texts or calls a contact that has been added to the watchlist
Steps
- Open the Verizon Family Guardian app.
- Tap theFamily Profiles tab.
- Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
- From the Parental Controls section, tapManage contacts.
- TapWatchlist contacts.
- Do one of the following:
- To add to the watchlist:
- TapAdd new watchlist number.
- Enter the phone number to add.
- TapSave.
- To remove from the watchlist, tap theDelete iconnext to the number you want to remove.
